A Whistler lakeside proposal curated with the help of a few local vendors. Nita Lake is situated right in the middle of the Whistler valley. It’s tucked away and smaller in size, making it the perfect spot to get down on one knee. When Vince first connected with me to arrange his proposal he outlined to me what he knew would make Joyce happy: nature and music.
Working alongside the Nita Lake Lodge team and Musos Entertainment was a dream! Greg Neufeld played an acoustic set of some of Joyce and Vince’s favourite songs, while he popped the question. I was hiding in the bushes and being incognito as they sat together while being serenaded. Luckily, the trees and bushes were fully bloomed as it gave me some space to hide. Always a bit nerve wrecking when trying to hide, as I never want to ruin the surprise!
